Gusto's Sandwiches

Gusto Cotto Salami & Cheese Melt

Serves 6

12 slices Gusto cotto salami
12 Slices provolone cheese
6 Large round bakery rolls

1. Heat broiler
2. Arrange 1 slice Gusto cotto salami and 1 slice provolone cheese on bottom half of a sliced roll
3. Do the same on the top half
4. Place open faced under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly
5. Put two halves together

Goes great with 4 Bean Baked Beans
